Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Job Overview:
Dynamic Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations and handle workplace concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance management systems
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and performance evaluations
• Handle disciplinary actions and policy adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (Managerial level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
