HR Generalist – Plant HR (Male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist – Plant HR who can manage the entire HR function of the factory independently. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and effective coordination between management and employees at the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for the plant.
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Drive employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain workplace harmony.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Coordinate training & development programs to upskill plant employees.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, systems, and processes at the factory level.
  • Manage time office, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives at the plant.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all HR and administrative requirements of the factory.
  • Prepare and share periodic HR reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in HR Generalist / Plant HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR operations.
  • Ability to manage HR function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and local language (mandatory for effective communication with employees).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
