HR Generalist - Property Developer

We are looking for an HR Generalist with experience in the property development industry to support daily HR operations across construction, development, and corporate teams. The role will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance while understanding the fast-paced needs of real estate and project-based environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate, construction, and corporate roles
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for site and office staff
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll processing and attendance tracking for project-based teams
  • Assist in employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction/project workforce regulations
  • Coordinate training, safety orientation, and employee engagement activities
  • Support performance appraisal processes across departments
  • Work closely with project managers and department heads on manpower needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in property development / real estate / construction industry
  • Strong understanding of project-based workforce structures
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
