HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Focus

Job Purpose

To support the Human Resources function at Polaris Parks through the effective execution of talent acquisition activities and core HR operations. This role also contributes to performance management, organizational development, training coordination, and digital HR transformation—ensuring consistent, scalable, and forward-looking people practices across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, industrial, and support roles (job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to validate manpower needs, refine role requirements, and align on candidate selection.
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline tracking).
  • Support employer branding and job marketing across LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and Polaris’ digital presence.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics: document collection, induction planning, first-day readiness.


HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain employee database, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Assist in policy communication and address day-to-day employee HR queries.
  • Support the offboarding process: exit interviews, clearance coordination, feedback forms.


Performance Management & Organizational Development

  • Assist in rolling out performance cycles (annual/mid-year), including form distribution, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Contribute to OD initiatives: competency frameworks, policy development, structural updates.
  • Design and manage Google Forms for onboarding feedback, training evaluations, employee surveys, and appraisal processes.
  • Extract reports and insights from survey responses to feed into HR dashboards and decision-making.
  • Customize forms with conditional logic and structured layouts to meet department needs.
  • Assist in and promote adoption of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT…,etc) in HR workflows and other support departments.


Training Coordination & Engagement Support

  • Coordinate internal and external training logistics, including invitations, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Liaise with training vendors and departmental reps to execute the annual training calendar.
  • Support onboarding experience, cultural integration, and engagement activities (events, surveys, welcome kits).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
  • Background in real estate, industrial parks, or construction sectors is a plus.
  • Proficient in using:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
  • Microsoft Excel for HR
  • Google Forms for structured surveys and evaluations
  • AI tools applied in HR workflows (optional but preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Must be residing in or able to commute daily to 6th of October City.
