Requirements 
<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
</li><li>Previous experience in the Tech Industry is a must 
(Software, IT Services, or IT Consulting).
</li><li>Strong experience in Technical Recruitment and hiring technical positions.
</li><li>Solid knowledge of Personnel and Payroll processes.
</li><li>Good understanding of labor law and HR operations.
</li><li>Fluent English is a must.
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
