HR Generalist | Tech Industry ( New Cairo )
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical positions.
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
- Handle personnel activities and ensure compliance with labor law.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
Requirements-
1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Previous experience in the Tech Industry is a must
(Software, IT Services, or IT Consulting). - Strong experience in Technical Recruitment and hiring technical positions.
- Solid knowledge of Personnel and Payroll processes.
- Good understanding of labor law and HR operations.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
