HR Generalist | Tech Industry ( New Cairo )

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical positions.
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Handle personnel activities and ensure compliance with labor law.
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Previous experience in the Tech Industry is a must
    (Software, IT Services, or IT Consulting).
  • Strong experience in Technical Recruitment and hiring technical positions.
  • Solid knowledge of Personnel and Payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of labor law and HR operations.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
