Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HRMS updates).
- Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HR audits.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate annual/quarterly appraisal cycles.
- Support managers in performance discussions and goal-setting.
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions, track effectiveness, and maintain records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (generalist/operations).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
