Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HRMS updates).
  • Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HR audits.
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate annual/quarterly appraisal cycles.
  • Support managers in performance discussions and goal-setting.
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions, track effectiveness, and maintain records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience (generalist/operations).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
