Plan and carry out employee engagement activities such as team-building and events.
Deal with employee complaints, grievances, and help resolve conflicts.
Evaluate employee performance and take necessary action if rules are not followed.
Ensure the company follows all HR policies.
Coordinate with others to run HR programs smoothly (e.g., benefits, payroll, trainings).
Prepare HR reports, such as hiring progress, turnover, and other important metrics.
