1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Plan and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Advise management on people planning, structure, and policy decisions.

2. Team & Department Management

  • Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Build accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the department.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle escalated grievances.
  • Drive employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture initiatives.

4. Performance & Talent Development

  • Oversee performance appraisal and goal-setting across departments.
  • Identify leadership and training needs for managerial growth.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Explain, implement, and ensure adherence to HR and company policies.
  • Monitor policy compliance and promote ethical, disciplined work culture.

6. Organisation Development & Change

  • Support restructuring, culture-building, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead change management and employee alignment with company vision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
