- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy for all functions — sales, operations, accounts, tech, etc.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent through online and offline initiatives.
- Optimize hiring processes using job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs.
2. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Design and implement a performance appraisal and goal-setting system.
- Identify skill gaps and create training & development programs.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, retention, and motivation.
- Create career pathing and succession plans for key positions.
3. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Design competitive salary structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Oversee payroll, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
- Ensure timely HR audits and maintain accurate HR MIS and reports.
- Manage performance-linked incentive and bonus programs.
4. Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture aligned with company values.
- Create employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and communication channels.
- Coach department heads and emerging leaders in people management.
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
5. HR Systems & Process Excellence
- Digitize HR operations (HRMS, ATS, payroll automation).
- Create SOPs for HR processes like onboarding, exit, and performance reviews.
- Analyze HR data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Establish strong HR governance and documentation practices.
