About the Role

House of Vacations India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager (Generalist) to oversee and manage complete HR operations.

The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of proven experience in HR Generalist/Operations and a strong background in hiring candidates from the hospitality industry.

This role requires a proactive professional who can handle end-to-end HR functions independently, from recruitment to payroll and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for hospitality profiles (Hotels, Travel, Tourism, etc.).

Process and manage monthly payroll and employee records.

Maintain attendance, leave, and timesheet tracking systems.

Ensure PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate appraisals, engagement activities, and performance reviews.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 7+ years in HR Generalist / HR Operations.

Mandatory:

Experience in recruiting candidates from the hospitality industry.

Sound knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance.

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong command over MS Excel and HRMS software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

Prior experience in a mid-sized organization (100+ employees) preferred.
