Job Description: Head of HR / HR Manager

Position: Head of HR / HR Manager
Reporting To: Director

Role Summary

The Head of HR is responsible for leading the organization’s HR strategy, ensuring compliance, building a strong work culture, and aligning people practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
  • Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting
  • Drive organizational culture, discipline, and ethics
  • Ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, audits)
  • Develop and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Oversee recruitment strategy and provide final hiring approvals
  • Analyze and control employee attrition through engagement and retention initiatives
  • Advise leadership on people strategy and organizational development

Experience & Qualification

  • 6–10 years of HR experience
  • Proven experience in managing HR for 150+ employees
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
