Position: Head of HR / HR Manager
Reporting To: Director
Role Summary
The Head of HR is responsible for leading the organization’s HR strategy, ensuring compliance, building a strong work culture, and aligning people practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
- Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting
- Drive organizational culture, discipline, and ethics
- Ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, audits)
- Develop and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Oversee recruitment strategy and provide final hiring approvals
- Analyze and control employee attrition through engagement and retention initiatives
- Advise leadership on people strategy and organizational development

Experience & Qualification
- 6–10 years of HR experience
- Proven experience in managing HR for 150+ employees
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
