HR Head - Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure

2. Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee engagement, grievance management, disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, factories act, statutory requirements

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Design salary structures, incentives, PMS, and rewards
  • Control HR budgets and manpower costs

5. HR Operations

  • Supervise payroll, attendance, HRIS, policies, and audits
  • Ensure smooth HR processes across locations

6. Culture & Engagement

  • Build a positive workplace culture
  • Drive engagement initiatives and employer branding

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / MSW in HR or related field
  • 10–20+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations (especially for manufacturing)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
