HR Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to build your HR career and learn from a team of professionals dedicated to supporting employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Help in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with employee records management and database updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions and events.
  • Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
