Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team full-time onsite. This role offers hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle, from job description development to onboarding, employee engagement, relationship management, and offboarding. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to start their HR career with the potential to move into a permanent role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and job postings.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and maintaining positive workplace relations.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Support in offboarding procedures and exit formalities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Anyother task assigned by the HR department.
Requirements
- Fresh Gradutes or final year students.
- Students with A level background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices will be a plus.

- Timings: Full-time, 12 PM – 9 PM
- Stipend: PKR 15,000 - 20,000
