Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern to support our finance-driven HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn HR processes in a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new employees.
  • Maintain HR records and compliance-related employee data.
  • Help with HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and performance review support.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Work on employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, career page updates).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation BBA/ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for people operations and startup culture.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
