We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide exposure to HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, on-boarding, and administrative support. The intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and a smooth integration experience.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Provide administrative support such as managing HR documentation, creating reports, and handling employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with different departments to assist in HR-related initiatives and projects.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining employee leave records and performance evaluation processes.
- Conduct research on HR trends and help improve HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance company culture and the overall employee experience.
- Manage PF, PT, Salaries and accounts team communications.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA , or a related field.
- Interest in learning about HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus, but not required.
