HR Intern

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to enhance the employee experience.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
