Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties, which will require some report writing
  • Available for a full time (in-office) internship

Must Have

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
