Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, providing valuable practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.

· Support onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, and induction coordination.

· Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and trackers.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities.

· Help draft job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related communications.

· Coordinate with internal teams to address HR-related queries.

· Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Education:

· Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
