HR Intern – Visko Group, Indore
Location: Nipaniya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Role Overview
Visko Group is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and grow. The intern will support the HR team in day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real exposure to HR practices in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment & selection:
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Post job advertisements on job boards / social media
- Support onboarding / induction process for new employees:
- Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits
- Ensure all required documentation is completed
- Maintain & update employee records / HR database:
- Ensure confidentiality of records
- Update changes (personal information, department transfers, etc.)
- Assist in managing HR‑administrative tasks:
- Prepare reports (attendance, leave, etc.)
- Help in performance evaluation documentation
- Manage files, filing, document tracking
- Facilitate employee engagement & events:
- Assist in organizing internal events or team‑building activities
- Support communication of policies, announcements
- Handle employee queries & policy awareness:
- Respond (under supervision) to queries about policies, benefits, leave etc.
- Help disseminate policy updates
- Contribute to small HR projects / process improvements:
- Research market trends (salaries, benefit practices)
- Suggest enhancements in existing HR processes where possible
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time well and multitask
- Professionalism, integrity, discretion — ability to handle confidential matters
What Makes a Candidate Stand Out (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of Indian labor laws / HR compliance
- Prior exposure via projects, internships or college assignments to HR functions (recruitment / onboarding etc.)
- Familiarity with HRIS or any database management tools
- Proactive attitude — willing to take initiative & learn without much supervision
- Basic data analysis skills — e.g. generating simple reports in Excel
