Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment & selection – sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance).
  • Support in onboarding new employees and preparing HR documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support payroll team with basic data collection and entry.
  • Handle job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other portals.
  • Coordinate with candidates and manage communications.
  • Work on HR projects such as policy drafting, training coordination, and surveys.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eager to learn about HR processes and people management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹6,103.17 per month
