Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and stability questions)
- Accountable for the delivery on the Recruiting Plan.
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
- Well versed with Recruitment software and job portals.
- Will work closely with Managers and Technical teams.
- Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads and Supervisor's guidance to meet targets.
- Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
- Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:-
- Bachelor's in human resources or in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of running job ads on various hiring platforms
