Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and stability questions)
  • Accountable for the delivery on the Recruiting Plan.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
  • Well versed with Recruitment software and job portals.
  • Will work closely with Managers and Technical teams.
  • Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads and Supervisor's guidance to meet targets.
  • Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:-

  • Bachelor's in human resources or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of running job ads on various hiring platforms

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
