HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Help in drafting HR letters, offers, and other documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Learn and support payroll & attendance management processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
