Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Help manage HR databases and maintain employee records
• Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events
• Support HR team with admin tasks and reporting
