HR Intern

Role Overview

The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and acting as a bridge between employees and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leaves, and related data.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA Pursuing or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR or similar roles (freshers with internships may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
