About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, with opportunities to support Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in helping streamline HR processes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Draft HR letters and support documentation (e.g., offer letters, internship letters)
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee asset management

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and job posting updates
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Psychology or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Interest in learning about core HR functions in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
