Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management processes
  • Handle basic employee queries and grievances
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Assist in Admin related activities
  • Assist in exit interviews and offboarding processes
  • Assist in payroll processing and verification
  • Support salary calculations and deductions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
