Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Help with new hire documentation.
Support in exit interviews and clearance formalities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in processing HR-related paperwork (contracts, letters, etc.)
