Internship Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Intern to join our team. You will get hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. This internship will help you develop essential HR skills and kick-start your career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Support onboarding and induction process for new joiners
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Help with drafting HR documents, reports, and policies
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / any relevant field (or pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passionate about HR and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
