Job Profile:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction process for new hires
  • Assist in drafting HR documents like offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and event planning
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics
  • Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation (preferably in HR or related field)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt
