Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Defence Mor, Walton Road, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Stipend: PKR 20,000

About the Role:
Biztek Apps is looking for an energetic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Must be a BBA graduate with specialization in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work in the night shift.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
