Pentoz Technology is a fast-growing IT & app development company specializing in custom software, mobile & web apps, and digital transformation. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team globally and looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment efforts.

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Intern to assist in end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Marketing roles, including BDEs, BDMs, Tele Sales, and Sales Managers. You will help source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in HRMS/CRM.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.
• Interest in Sales & Marketing recruitment preferred.
