About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who brings prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your HR expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with senior HR professionals to support end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Support the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per organizational and legal standards.
• Employee Engagement & Communication:
• Coordinate engagement initiatives, feedback sessions, and HR activities.
• Support internal communication drives and HR announcements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or related field.
• Prior experience in HR roles such as Executive / Assistant in recruitment, compliance, or operations.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
