HR Intern

Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. This internship provides a great opportunity to learn HR processes, policies, and best practices in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help with HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, updating policies, and filing documents.
  • Support HR team in payroll and attendance-related activities (if applicable).
  • Participate in projects related to HR process improvements and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
