Job Title: HR Intern (Experienced)

Location:Noida ( On-site)
Duration: 6 months internship
Experience Required: 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR
Department: Human Resources

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who has prior hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling initial candidate interactions, screening, and supporting various HR functions. This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling and initial telephonic screening of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source profiles through job portals .
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings across platforms.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking tools.
  • Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is mandatory.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,921.39 per month
