Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about pursuing a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
