We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities for our clients in Kochi. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in HR or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, interest, and basic job fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and ensure timely updates.
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / HR / customer interaction roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Good English communication skills — both verbal and written — are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in talent acquisition / HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
