We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resource and recruitment functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement within a dynamic digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various internship and full-time roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and team members.
• Maintain candidate databases and internship records.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new interns and employees.
• Help organize HR-related events, orientation sessions, and training programs.
• Draft HR communications, internship offers, and follow-up emails.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention activities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR processes.
