Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management in the retail industry, especially within a culturally rooted brand like JVR Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and internal communication
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
• Work closely with the store management and head office HR team

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
