• Assist the H R Head in the hiring process.
• Assist in employee compensation.
• Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
• Assist in Employee engagement activities
• Good written &Communication skill in English

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
