Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and records.
  • Assist in drafting HR-related communications and policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Learn and support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn about different aspects of HR.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
