Position Overview

The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR processes in a global technology company and an opportunity to develop practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Support HR team with policy implementation, compliance, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
