Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our HR professionals and have the chance to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
• Help organize internal events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, managing spreadsheets, and handling internal communication.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in updating internal documentation.
• Participate in various HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Recentlyy completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
