Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Updating employee databases and records.
  • Filing HR documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Assisting with payroll data collection and processing.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Preparing and distributing HR-related documents.
  • Drafting internal communications.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinating orientation programs for new employees.
  • HR Operations:
  • Assisting with employee training and development initiatives.
  • Tracking employee participation in training programs.
  • Supporting HR policies and procedures.
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting HR team members with various tasks.
  • Conducting research and gathering information for HR projects.
  • Developing and maintaining HR compliance knowledge.
  • Staying up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
