Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Updating employee databases and records.
- Filing HR documents and maintaining organized records.
- Assisting with payroll data collection and processing.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Preparing and distributing HR-related documents.
- Drafting internal communications.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
- Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinating orientation programs for new employees.
- HR Operations:
- Assisting with employee training and development initiatives.
- Tracking employee participation in training programs.
- Supporting HR policies and procedures.
- Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
- Other Duties:
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
- Supporting HR team members with various tasks.
- Conducting research and gathering information for HR projects.
- Developing and maintaining HR compliance knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
- Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
