HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
HR Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to recruitment, attendance, and HR metrics.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing HR data to generate insights for the team.
Employee Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.
General HR Administration:
- Help with HR documentation, filing, and database updates.
- Assist in other HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, and reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools or HR software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Learning Opportunities
