HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

HR Reporting & Data Management:

  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to recruitment, attendance, and HR metrics.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing HR data to generate insights for the team.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.

General HR Administration:

  • Help with HR documentation, filing, and database updates.
  • Assist in other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, and reporting).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or HR software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Learning Opportunities
