Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support to the Human Resources department. You will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This internship will help you develop essential HR skills and gain practical experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR team in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing studies in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn about HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Duration:

3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
