Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
  • Support payroll and attendance management processes.
  • Help in maintaining compliance-related files and statutory records.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in other day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / MBA (HR) – Pursuing or Recently Graduated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
