Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to assist in various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR processes, policies, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Contribute to performance management and feedback documentation.
  • Draft HR-related communications, letters, and policy documents.
  • Participate in HR analytics and reporting tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
