We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

● Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and team leads.

● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.

● Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

● Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

● Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

● Coordinate pre-onboarding and assist in smooth transitions of new hires.

● Contribute to employer branding activities by engaging in career fairs, online campaigns, and social media posts.

● Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● MBA in Human Resources

● Minimum 6 months internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing/Staffing/Recruitment industries).

● Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

● Good understanding of HR tools, ATS, and MS Office.
