Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing recruitment activities for various roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and share feedback with the HR team.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drive

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
